Power Plate

Power Plate® equipment is the premium vibration device powering a new dimension in wellness solutions for all ages, lifestyles and physical abilities. It uses the principles of Acceleration Training™ to stimulate the body's natural response to vibration. These vibrations transmit waves of energy throughout the body, activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second, enhancing overall performance in sessions as short as 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week.

Personal training

It is available on a one-to-one basis in the fitness area or swimming pool.
Following an initial consultation with one of our fully qualified fitness specialists, detailing your needs and your lifestyle, a specific program will be created for you. Our team will be always with you motivating and making it fun for you targeting to your goals. Group Exercise Classes


We offer a wide variety of group classes daily. Group exercise classes in the Hiltonia Fitness and Wellness are complimentary with annual or 6 months membership holders.
Multiple group exercise studios offer a wide variety of classes including yoga, pilates®, aerobic and dynamic group classes, aqua and dances all taught by certified instructors.

--New Class--
Zumba:
A new dance fitness program which involves dance and aerobic elements in the rhythm of latin music. It incorporates salsa, merengue, reaggeton, samba, hip-hop, cha-cha and some belly dance moves.

Aqua Therapy:
A safe and low intensity workout.  Ideal for relaxing and invigorating the body while minimizing the chances of injury to muscles and joints.

Power circuit: A strengthening program for the whole body with the use of weights and elastic tubing. 
The workout includes exercises for abdominal strength and back extensions.

Exercise Therapy: A widely used training for low back pain.A program for muscular strength suitable for injury rehabilitation.

Boot camp: An energetic program based on exercises from martial arts in their simplest form.
Ideal for improving aerobic capabilities and burning fat in the mid section and arms.

Kibo fit power circuit: Aerobic program with exercises and movements form kick boxing.
Muscle strengthening for all of the body. Ideal for both men and women.

Total body:Training for the whole body with the use of hand and leg weights, elastic tubing and fitness balls.  Tones and strengthens the muscular system while improving core stabilization.

Hips & Abs:  A program with emphasis on toning and reducing the mid and lower body
(mainly the hip area). All of the abdominal group is included as well as back extensions.

Mat Pilates: A method of exercise to strengthen and stabilize the torso, improve alignment and muscular imbalances of the body.

Body control: A program based on Pilates with the use of light weights, elastic bands, circles and balls.
The exercises concentrate on controlling the stabilization and movement of the body.

Vinyasa yoga: Program that helps those who have problems with flexibility and stiff muscles. 
After the series of stances the class ends with 20 minutes of deep relaxation.

Latin Dance: Improve your cardiovascular ability with variable, high–energy exercise experiences that incorporate dance moves from many different types of dancing, such as Latin, African, Modern, and others.

Thai Kick Boxing: Standing program refers to the martial art sport of kicking and punching. Ideal for self defense, general fitness or as a full contact sport.

Body Sculpt: Power training for the whole body with the use of hand and leg weights and elastic tubing. Tones and strengthens the muscular system.

Spinning: The ideal program to build endurance, increase cruising speed, increase your athletic performance, raise your time-trial speed, get together with friends, lose or maintain weight or all of the above.
